My name us Tricia Amend Bombara and I’m the Director of IT and Communications for the St. John-St. Paul Collaborative. My husband Bob and I have three children – Andrew, Jane, and James. I grew up in New York (NOT a Yankee fan!) where I attended a Catholic high school (the same Ursuline School as one of our young pilgrims – small world!)
I came to Massachusetts for college (College of the Holy Cross) and stayed for a job in Boston after graduation. I fell in love with Massachusetts, the Red Sox, and a guy who worked in the building across the street from mine in Boston, and never left.
This will be my first experience of World Youth Day and I could not be more excited to accompany this amazing group of young people on this transformative journey.
While we’re in Lisbon, I’ll be posting daily (as long as there’s WiFi!) updates and photos to our WYD Lisbon 2023 Blog so that family, friends, and the whole Collaborative can follow along and share in the experience with us (check out our blog from WYD Krakow 2016 !)
If you are able to help in any way to support this great group of kids experience this life-changing event in their journey of faith, please consider doing so. We are all so incredibly thankful for your support and prayers!
Please consider sponsoring me and supporting this pilgrimage with your donations and your prayers.
