Please join us on Sunday, September 17 for our first post-Covid Collaborative Outdoor Mass and fellowship event! Putting to use everything we learned (and all the equipment we aquired!) celebrating outdoor Masses during Covid, we will gather as a Collaborative community on the expansive lawn in front of St. Paul Church for Mass – recreating what Fr. Jim calls “our own Tanglewood East!” After Mass we’ll come together in the parking lot behind the church for fellowship, food, and fun!
So that as many members of our community as possible can join together for this special liturgy and fellowship event, there will be a reduced Mass schedule at the parishes on the weekend of September 16-17. Both parishes will celebrate their regular Saturday Vigil Masses – 4:00pm at St. Paul Church and 5:00pm at St. John the Evangelist Church. The only Mass on Sunday will be our Collaborative Outdoor Mass at 10:30am. There will be NO other Sunday Masses.
Please note: In the event of rain, the Outdoor Mass will have to be cancelled (a decision will be made and announced on our website/via email by Saturday afternoon) and we will revert to our regular 3rd Sunday of the month Mass schedule:
9:00am Family Mass at St. John
11:00am Mass at St. Paul
12:00pm Mass at St. John
5:00pm Youth Mass at St. John
