This ministry provides visits to the homes of isolated members of our parish on a consistent basis (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly.)
Ministers of Care serve as vital pastoral connections between the parish community and the sick and the homebound. Through the gift of compassionate listening, they provide pastoral presence, emotional support, and Holy Communion if requested.
