I am thrilled to announce that Mrs. Siobhan Mahoney will be the next principal of Saint John School, starting on July 1, 2020. Our Selection Committee (comprised of Bryan Belton, Kerrie Grover, Katie Jarvis, Traci Medeiros, Christian Rubio, Jackie Welham, and me) met with many highly qualified candidates during multiple rounds of interviews, and Mrs. Mahoney was unanimously agreed upon to be the best person to lead SJS. In an effort to provide opportunities for fellowship and to help families bring faith into their homes while we must remain physically distant from our parishes, the St. John-St. Paul Collaborative Religious Education and Youth Ministry team is piloting two Zoom events this weekend. On Sunday morning there will be a St. John Family Mass Faith and Fellowship event at 9:00am (click here to download the worship aid), and on Sunday evening there will be a Youth Ministry 5pm and Fellowship for our high school students. Plans for a future St. Paul Family Mass event are in the works as well.
