Thanks to your incredible generosity, multiple van trips were required to transport all the donations from St. John and St. Paul!
St. Francis House and their clients are most grateful for your care and support.

We made it! Thirteen days of walking- tired toes, aching bodies, a plethora of personalities, and lots of hard work… and we did it!
We departed our camp this morning with the intent of making this final day’s journey together. This might seem easy but with 30 pilgrims (including 24 high school girls), any time we go together we make waves. Still, we persevered and stuck together. Over hills and through the woods, we held together. A sign of unity on the trail, that many pelegrinos commented over our weeks that they delighted in seeing…

Noting the immense suffering and loss of life occurring in Venezuela following devastating earthquakes, Archbishop Richard G. Henning has asked parishes to consider taking up a special collection to aid relief efforts. Our Collaborative will take up this collection on the weekend of July 18-19.
For this special collection, parishioners are asked to address their checks to their parish, with “Venezuela Relief” in the memo. To donate online…

Dear Fr. Laughlin,
I am writing to thank you and your parish community for the remarkable generosity shown through this year’s Lenten appeal. Raising over $35,000 for the MassBay Textbook Fund is a powerful act of care for our students, and I am deeply grateful to you, the Service Commission, and your entire organization…

The Administration has decided to terminate that protected status for more than 6,100 Syrians and more than 300,000 Haitians in the United States despite the ongoing instability and dangerous conditions facing many in their home countries. Here in the Boston region, Haitian immigrants have made lives, raised families, and have taken critical roles in health care and in other industries.
I respectfully ask that we urge the administration and Congress to prevent this disaster by providing a secure and lasting basis for these refugees. Please see the link (below) where you can learn more about this matter and consider raising your voice on behalf of the vulnerable.”

Please disregard this envelope – it was printed in error by the envelope company. The July 12 Second Collection is our regular Special Monthly collection for the parishes.
The Holy Father & Apostolic Works collection takes place on October 4, 2026 and the correct envelope will be included with your October envelopes.
We apologize for the confusion.

And when you set up a recurring gift, it provides your parish with more consistent funding throughout the year. There are several ways to do it:

On Tuesday, June 16, Sister Colleen will embark on a pilgrimage with students from Mount Saint Joseph Academy, a college preparatory school founded and sponsored by Sr. Colleen’s order, the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Philadelphia. They will be undertaking the Camino de Santiago (the Way of St. James), walking across Spain for two weeks. Sr. Colleen is inviting members of the Collaborative to join her in prayer over these days. To do so, Sister has written a “Camino in Everyday Life” that offers a reflection for each day of the journey and invites each of us to delve deeper into our spiritual journeys this summer!
Visit our A Camino in Everyday Life Mini Retreat page to follow along – you can sign up to receive Sr. Colleen’s daily reflection each morning right in your inbox!

The Massachusetts Catholic Conference has been following two bills that would legalize Physician Assisted Suicide in Massachusetts. House Bill 2505 and Senate Bill 1486, “An Act relative to End-of-Life Options.” At present HB 2505 is in the Joint Committee on Healthcare Finance and SB 1486 is in Senate Ways and Means. However, the bills may come to the floor for a vote at any time.
Working together, we can join health care professionals, disability groups, senior citizens, the infirmed and countless individuals in saying NO to assisted suicide and to stop the legislation from moving forward this session…
