10:30AM ON THE ST. PAUL PARISH LAWN
This will be our fourth time celebrating Mass on the expansive lawn in front of St. Paul Church, recreating what Fr. Jim calls “our own Tanglewood East!”
- Please bring lawn chairs/blankets for seating.
- Several paved areas will be set up with chairs reserved for those with mobility issues.
- After Mass, join us in the parking lot behind the church for food, fellowship, and fun!
- Our Society of St. Vincent de Paul Conference is once again providing hotdogs, hamburgers, and veggie burgers for all!
- Bring a side dish/dessert to share if you are able! Dishes to share may be dropped off inside the Parish Hall before Mass.
The Special Second Collection at all Masses on the weekend of September 26-27 is in support of our SJSP Society of St. Vincent de Paul to help fund their work providing urgently needed assistance to our neighbors in need.
Special Mass Schedule
So that as many members of our community as possible can join together for this special liturgy and fellowship event, there will be a reduced Mass schedule at the parishes on the weekend of September 27-28:
SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 26
4:00pm Vigil Mass at St. Paul Church
5:00pm Vigil Mass at St. John the Evangelist Church
SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 27
10:30am Collaborative Outdoor Mass on the St. Paul Lawn
THIS WILL BE THE ONLY MASS CELEBRATED AT THE COLLABORATIVE ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27
If it rains, Mass will be celebrated inside St. Paul Church and our food and fellowship event will move inside the Parish Hall.
PLEASE NOTE: THE ST. PAUL PARKING LOT WILL BE RESERVED FOR HANDICAP PERMIT PARKING AND OUR FELLOWSHIP EVENT
Street parking is available on Washington and Atwood and other local streets. Off-street parking is available in the Wellesley Council on Aging parking lot next door.
