Year after year, the Collaborative has been able to support the clothing needs of St. Francis House through the abundant generosity and good will of our parishioners.  This year’s clothing drive, held on the weekend of June 1- 2, was no different!

Located in the heart of downtown Boston, St. Francis House is Massachusetts’s largest day shelter. Open 365 days a year, St. Francis House serves hundreds of individuals experiencing homelessness, providing basic, rehabilitative, and housing services that overlap and build on one another to provide guests with continuous and comprehensive support.

Through the efforts and generosity of so many, the Collaborative was once again able to provide everyday clothing and business casual attire to those whom St. Francis House serves.  Thank you to all who helped to make this drive a success by sharing in St. Francis House’s mission to support people experiencing homelessness and poverty. Your donations truly make a difference!  Special thanks also to Shilan Yeung for coordinating our Collaborative’s effort and for maintaining this important partnership with St. Francis House.

See the note of gratitude from the staff and guests of St. Francis House (below) and thank you again for your generosity to this important cause and to our neighbors in need– it takes a village!
