It is with great joy that the Collaborative celebrates Fr. Gabriel Afumbom Tokoh’s successful completion of his Master degree in Leadership and Administration from Boston College! In addition to being conferred his Master of Science degree on graduation day, Father Gabriel was also honored to deliver a benediction to his fellow graduates, their families, and the faculty and staff of the Woods College of Advancing Studies at their diploma ceremony.

Congratulations on this momentous accomplishment, Father Gabriel!

Since joining us as a priest in-residence last summer, Father Gabriel has become a cherished member of our Collaborative community. From his great wisdom and pastoral care to his joyful manner and ever-growing love of Dunkin’ coffee, we have been blessed to have him in residence at the St. Paul Rectory and to witness his love for his priestly vocation as he has generously celebrated Masses, funerals, and sacraments with us during the course of his studies.

With his graduation, Father Gabriel has received a new assignment and will be serving as Parochial Vicar at Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted in Waltham starting in July. While we will miss his daily presence with us, we are happy that he won’t be too far away!

Final Regularly Scheduled Mass and Reception on Wednesday, June 26

To celebrate the gift Father Gabriel has been to our community, a reception will be held at St. Paul following the 9:00am Mass on Wednesday, June 26. (For those unable to attend, please note that Father Gabriel’s final regularly scheduled Sunday Mass at the Collaborative will be Sunday, June 23 at 9:00AM at St. Paul Church.)

Congratulations and Thank You, Fr. Gabriel!
