- Please bring lawn chairs/blankets for seating.
- Several paved areas will be set up with chairs reserved for those with mobility issues.
- After Mass, join us in the parking lot behind the church for food, fellowship, and fun!
- Our Society of St. Vincent de Paul Conference is once again providing hotdogs, hamburgers, and veggie burgers for all!
- Bring a side dish/salad to share if you are able! Dishes to share may be dropped off inside the Parish Hall before Mass.
- Ice cream and frozen treats will be available for purchase from Sam’s Ice Cream Truck!
The Special Second Collection at this Mass and all Masses on the weekend of September 27-28 will be in support of our SJSP Society of St. Vincent de Paul to help fund their work providing urgently needed assistance to our neighbors in need.
Special Mass Schedule on the Weekend of September 27-28!
So that as many members of our community as possible can join together for this special liturgy and fellowship event, there will be a reduced Mass schedule at the parishes on the weekend of September 27-28:
SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 27
4:00pm Vigil Mass at St. Paul Church
5:00pm Vigil Mass at St. John the Evangelist Church
SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 28
10:30am Collaborative Outdoor Mass on the St. Paul Lawn
THIS WILL BE OUR ONLY MASS ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 28
IN THE EVENT OF RAIN: If it rains, Mass will be celebrated inside St. Paul Church and our food and fellowship event will move inside the Parish Hall. A decision regarding weather will be made by Saturday afternoon and announced on our website and via email – if you aren’t receiving our emails be sure to sign up here!
THE ST. PAUL PARKING LOT WILL BE RESERVED FOR HANDICAP PERMIT PARKING ONLY
The St. Paul Parking lot will be reserved for our fellowship event and handicap permit parking only. Street parking is available in marked spots on Washington and Atwood and other local streets. Off-street parking is available in the Wellesley Council on Aging parking lot next door, and in the Cameron Street parking lot just down the road – please see the parking map below for more details and information.
